About the Role
We are growing and seeking talented and experienced individuals to join our team as instructors for various courses, including but not limited to Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Product Management, Digital Marketing and other subjects of your expertise. As an instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and skills with motivated learners, helping them gain valuable insights and advance their careers..
Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high-quality course content, including lectures, presentations, assignments, and assessments, in your area of expertise.

Engage and inspire learners through interactive teaching methods, such as group discussions, case studies, and hands-on exercises.

Provide guidance and support to learners, offering feedback and answering their questions to enhance their understanding and learning experience.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the course topics, ensuring that the content remains current and relevant.

Collaborate with the instructional design team to continuously improve course materials, incorporating feedback and making updates as needed.

Participate in course evaluation and assessment processes, including grading assignments and exams, to accurately measure learners' progress and performance.
Requirements

Strong subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Product Management, or any other course you propose.

Proven professional experience and a track record of success in the field, demonstrating practical knowledge and industry insights.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts and ideas to learners with varying levels of experience and understanding.

Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory. Passion and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and helping others learn is essential.

Updated knowledge of the latest tools, methodologies, and techniques relevant to the subject matter.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

Flexible and adaptable to different learning styles and able to customize course materials to meet the diverse needs of learners.
