Tele-Sales Support Specialist (Remote)

Employment type: Part-time (25 hrs a week)

About the Role

 

Hibreed is looking for a sales support specialist to help scale our next stage of growth as we expand into new markets, increase our offerings, and diversify our product portfolios. Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working closely with the marketing and operations teams,  you will support Hibreed to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of clients and be instrumental in driving demand and improving conversion rates across multiple consumer segments and products.

The ideal candidate must be motivated and treat every interaction as an opportunity to build and expand the Hibreed’s brand. You must be interested in delivering high quality customer experience while utilizing data and insights from your interactions with clients to understand the needs of learners who have expressed interest in Hibreed’s course offerings, and then use this insight to guide their decision making. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive growth through revenue generating activities including but not limited to outbound calls and emails with prospective customers.

  • Realize target student numbers and drive new students to lead conversion. 

  • Ability to follow conversions through the entire sales funnel to ensure that full tuition is received. 

  • Weekly reporting to the Operations Manager and sometimes to the CEO using Hibreed’s reporting portal.

  • Identify prospective customer’s needs and provide insights and feedback to the relevant Hibreed teams to ensure our offerings are aligned with market needs and constantly being improved upon. 

  • Proactively identify new opportunities within the existing customer base and actively pursue qualified prospects, maintaining a sales funnel with quality opportunities to maximize productivity over the course of the year.

  • Ability to tailor Hibreed’s training programs to meet specific customer needs, communicating solutions in a compelling way and effectively closing deals with mutual value for the clients and Hibreed. 

  • Research and present competitive intel on the training industry and advise the leadership team on potential trends and emerging risks.

What we need from you:

  • Sales experience and a passion for sales. 

  • High-level interpersonal and persuasive skill with the ability to influence decision-making through communication and emotional intelligence.

  • Excellent command of the English language, in both written and verbal communications
