Program Coordinator (Remote) - Part-time

Employment type: Part-time (3hrs a week)

Summary of Responsibilities

 

The Programs Coordinator is responsible for managing classes, taking attendance, debriefing teams after class, and providing support for class instructors and students where necessary. They also handle program management briefs, ensuring effective class management, recording class sessions, and collating results and assignments. The Programs Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager/CEO and works closely with other members of the Hibreed team.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Class Management

  • Manage live classes and special sessions like team bonding, LinkedIn optimization, and other events

  • Record class live sessions and take class attendance during live classes

  • Join debrief meetings immediately after each class, using the debrief reporting guideline

  • Call absent students and give weekly reports to the Operations Manager/CEO using Hibreed’s reporting portal

  • Manage all announcements and questions on telegram groups and pick the right student of the week

  2. Prospective Customer Needs

  • Identify prospective customers' needs and provide insights and feedback to relevant Hibreed teams to ensure our offerings are aligned with market needs and constantly being improved upon

  • Research and present competitive intel on the training industry and advise the leadership team on potential trends and emerging tasks

Weekly Commitments

  • Weekly commitments of 3 to 5 hours per week for classes, events, or debrief sessions

  • Availability on weekends: All weekends (mostly Saturdays) during the cohort

 

Minimum Educational Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in any field

  • Must be less than 3 months into NYSC program

  • High-level interpersonal and persuasive skill with the ability to influence decision-making through communication and emotional intelligence

  • Excellent command of the English language, in both written and verbal communications
