About the Role - Sales Manager (Remote, Full-time)

 

Demand for our courses have been growing and we’re looking for a rock star Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

 

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by converting leads, identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Identify new business opportunities and create sales plans to capitalize on them

  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and development to improve their performance

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales materials and campaigns

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategy and decision making

  • Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and partners

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a sales management role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in the Ed-tech industry is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

What we need from you:

  • Sales experience and a passion for sales

  • High-level interpersonal and persuasive skill with the ability to influence decision-making through communication and emotional intelligence

  • Excellent command of the English language, in both written and verbal communications

  • Base Monthly Salary (Gross): N120,000 - N150,000 (depending on experience level) + Unlimited commission
