About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Social Media and Marketing Specialist to join our team . As the Social Media and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our online presence, executing marketing campaigns, and engaging with our community across various platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, email marketing, Instagram, and more. 

Your key duties and responsibilities of the Community Manager include SEO and email marketing, understanding, and monitoring social media analytics, coordinating, and distributing content and managing a company’s social media community. While performing the duties mentioned above, the Social Media Intern will need to:

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our training programs and enhance brand visibility.

  • Build and Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels

  • Curate, manage, and publish engaging content for our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage with potential customers, and foster client relationships.

  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to optimize strategies and enhance engagement.

  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop captivating visuals, videos, and other multimedia assets for social media campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing and community management.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against business goals.

  • Collaborate with other teams like the sales team to ensure brand consistency, create landing pages and optimize user experience.

  • Drive traffic for company events and programs.


  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and (SEO, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), email marketing campaigns, and community engagement.

  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to derive insights to drive actionable strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.

  • Familiarity with the EdTech industry and a passion for helping professionals succeed in tech roles is a plus.

  • Proficiency in design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, is desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Solid Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), keyword research and Google Analytics 

  • Experience in the Ed-Tech industry is a plus

  • Gross Monthly Salary: N100,000  - N150,000 (based on experience level)
